Refund & Returns Policy
Cancellation of an order can happen only if applied within 24 hours of placing the order from our end and not the user’s end. Please reach out to us by navigating to our contact page.
- If you are dissatisfied with our product we have no problem with getting our product back and refunding you the amount as long as:
- You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product
- The product is in the same condition as delivered to you
- You agree to bear the shipping costs for returning your order
- Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to process your refund.

You must contact The Shrooms Collective within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery by mailing to hello@tsc.dryftdynamics.in. Please send pictures to support your claim.

If it is concluded by The Shrooms Collective that the damage was owing to use/storage by the user, The Shrooms Collective may agree to replace or repair the product at additional costs to the user/customer. The cost for shipping shall also be borne by the user/customer.

Please note that the determination of The Shrooms Collective, as to the causation of the damage/ defect to the product shall be final and binding.
